Scope: This policy applies to eduz.cloud — the Eduz B2B institutional surface. Other Eduz properties have their own policies — same controller, same canonical text.

3. How we use it

Respond to enquiries, scope projects, manage engagements. Aggregate analytics on enquiry trends (anonymised). No advertising. No sale.

4. Data sharing

Service providers: AWS Mumbai, Razorpay (payments).
Legal requirements only otherwise.

5. Retention

Active engagements: duration of the engagement.
Closed enquiries: 24 months, then deleted.
Tax records: 7 years (GST law).

7. Children

Eduz Cloud is for adult institutional buyers. Children\'s data privacy is governed by eduz.team policy.
