These terms govern your use of eduz.cloud and any institutional engagement entered into via this property.
Scope: These terms apply to eduz.cloud. Sibling properties have their own terms — same legal entity.

1. Acceptance

By using eduz.cloud you accept these terms.

2. Engagement model

Each engagement is governed by a separate SOW detailing scope, deliverables, timeline, commercial terms, and support SLA.

3. Permitted use

Evaluation and engagement on behalf of your institution.

4. Prohibited

  • No fraudulent enquiries.
  • No reverse-engineering / scraping.
  • No resale of deployed software / models without express written agreement.

5. IP

Eduz IP is owned by Eduz Learning Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Institutional content remains yours; you grant a licence for service delivery.

6. Payments

Razorpay-processed. INR + applicable GST. Refunds per SOW.

7. AI limitations

AI output can err. Verify with authoritative sources. Not professional advice.

8. Service availability

Per SOW uptime SLA (typically 99.5%). Maintenance pre-announced.

9. Liability

Capped at 12-month preceding fees.

10. Governing law

India. Bengaluru jurisdiction.

11. Termination

Per SOW termination clause.
